About the Makos
The Monte Sano Makos are the club's competitive swim and dive team, open to all member children. Our program develops swimmers of all abilities in a fun, supportive environment.
We compete in local swim meets throughout the summer season and focus on building confidence, technique, and team spirit. Whether your child is a first-time swimmer or an experienced competitor, the Makos have a place for them.

Attendance at practice is strongly encouraged — at least a Monday practice is required to compete in the main events of Tuesday's meet. Full details are in the Swim Team Handbook.
